Please try to arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before your first class so that the teacher may introduce you to some of the breathing techniques and energy locks that we employ.
Remember that Yoga is all about You. It doesn’t matter how you look, how big or small you are, or whatever other problems you might consider you have. At the end of the day…Yoga addresses You.
This is not like sport. We do not compete with each other. It is all about You…learning to relax in an asana (posture).
The beautiful art of yoga will take care of any problems you may think you have.
Obviously if you do have any major physical problems always let the teacher know before a class.
To receive maximum benefits it is necessary to practise at least 2 to 3 times per week.
